In order to ensure customer satisfaction, all purchases from the Asal Alwan Alwan store are subject to return, exchange, and cancellation according to the following conditions:
1. Return and exchange period:
- Products can be returned or exchanged within 3 days from the date of receiving the order.
- If the product is defective or does not meet specifications, it can be returned within 10 days from the date of receipt.
2. Return and exchange terms:
- The product must be in its original condition, tightly sealed, with all accessories and original packaging.
- The product has not been used, damaged, or the safety sticker removed.
- Do not tamper with the product or remove serial numbers.
- Do not remove the original labels or packaging.
- The product must be in the same condition as it was received.
3. Cases in which the product cannot be returned:
- Submit a return request within 3 days from the date of receipt (or 10 days in case of a defect).
- Product is used, damaged, or does not match the condition as received.
- Removing the security sticker or tampering with the product.
- Products that have been used or consumed.
- Products that have been tampered with or have had their serial numbers removed.
- Products without their original tags or packaging.
4. Shipping costs:
- In the event of a return or exchange due to a product defect or non-conformity to specifications, the store will bear the shipping costs.
- In other cases, the customer bears the shipping costs.
- In the event that an order is cancelled after it leaves our warehouse and before it reaches the customer, the amount will be refunded to the customer, minus the shipping fees. After the product returns to our warehouse, the amount will be refunded in the same way it was paid, including free shipping cases.
5. Refund:
- Refunds will be issued within 14 business days of receipt of the returned product, using the same original payment method.
- If the product is defective or does not meet specifications, the product value plus shipping costs will be refunded.
