Please note that the official working days at Alwanoh Original Honey Store are from Saturday to Thursday. Friday, holidays, and official holidays are off for all employees of Alwanoh Honey Store.


Our primary mission is to provide you with the best online shopping experience, and therefore we have made the shipping and delivery process easier for you because your comfort is our priority.


What is the shipping cost?

  • SMSA: Shipping cost to all regions in Saudi Arabia is 30 riyals.


Please note that if you choose cash on delivery as your payment method, there will be an additional fee separate from the order shipping fee.


Which shipping company is approved?

  • The approved shipping companies for regions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are (SMSA).
  • The authorized shipping company in Saudi Arabia for international shipping is (DHL Express).


How many days do I have to wait for my order to arrive?

  • Shipping within Saudi Arabia: 2-7 business days
  • International shipping: 7-15 business days


We will deliver or ship your order via our contracted shipping companies as quickly as possible.

The customer will receive a message on their mobile phone or email containing the order number and tracking number (after the shipping label is issued by our store).

If you do not receive a message or email with the information, please contact us to obtain the tracking number.

If you choose cash on delivery as your preferred payment method, the delivery representative will contact you or send a WhatsApp message to schedule a delivery time.

It should be noted that you must answer incoming calls to your mobile phone so that the delivery person can coordinate with you on the delivery time.

The customer is responsible for providing the correct address and contact number. (We will not be held responsible for non-receipt of the shipment due to an error in the customer's data.)

If the shipment is returned due to the customer not receiving it, the customer shall bear the shipping costs if he wishes to get the shipment back or the order amount.
